We as preppers talk about when SHTF happens or when we become a police state happens, well I am here to let you know it already has, that is it! Why do I think this?
1. First of all, we must show intention and identification papers all the time. Want some cold medicine? Show me your papers. Want to buy alcohol or tobacco? Not good enough to show me your papers, we want to keep them in a file. A police officer stops you and he wants to know where you are coming from and where you are going.
2. We may not be wearing tracking collars or have microchips yet, but we might as well. Our cell phones track our movements, and in a lot of cases our texts, calls, and information we search using our data plan. When was the last time you went somewhere without your cell?
3. We are being controlled in so many ways, we are drugged via the water supply, hypnotized by our Tvs, and we are constantly being diagnosed with various diseases and syndromes so that we can be given tons of drugs.
4. We are being economically depressed

H.R. 1540: or S1867 The National Defense Authorization Act
Has passed both the house and senate.

What does this mean?
Indefinite detention for those suspected of terrorism, you can be detained for any period of time for a crime which has very general definitions
Also, prisoners can be sent to detention centers in other countries
This includes those who have been determined to be innocent.
Tea party members have been defined as terrorists.

Ten Rules for Dealing with the Police
1. Always be calm and cool.
2. You have the right to remain silent.
3. You have the right to refuse searches.
4. Don't get tricked into waiving your rights.
5. Determine if you're free to go.
6. Don't do anything illegal.
7. Don't run.
8. Never touch a cop.
9. Report misconduct: Be a good witness.
10. You don't have to let them in.
